HOW IT WORKS:
Students in grades 6-11 will meet weekly for two hours at Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Middle and high school students will share this space to foster supportive relationships through learning, play, and shared experiences.
Every other session, adult mentors will facilitate conversations and activities centered on self-reflection, identity, leadership, and healing from personal, cultural, and social experiences. Through play, creativity, and meaningful dialogue, participants will explore ways to honor themselves, build confidence, and navigate the world with support. Youth will work with a variety of adults who will guide them in self-care and reflection, personal history, and advocacy.
This two-year program runs during the school year, with two optional summer connection events.
Transportation is available for students.

A SPACE TO GROW & BE HEARD
This program is designed as a supportive community where youth can connect, express themselves, and be empowered. Adult mentors provide guidance through activism, creativity, relationship-building, and leadership development. Whether discovering their voice, choosing when to use it, or amplifying it for change, each youth will be supported in a way that honors their individual journey
