Hello, my name is McKayla Ross. I was born and raised in a small-town west of Kearney, Nebraska. I reside in Grand Island and have been a part of this community for a total of nine years. My husband, Scott, and I, along with our 1-year-old son, Rhett, have built a loving and supportive home here. Our family enjoys spending time together exploring all that Grand Island has to offer, including its local parks, participating in community events, and cherishing the close-knit atmosphere of the area. It is a privilege to be part of this vibrant community and an honor to contribute, particularly to support our youth and fostering a brighter future.
In 2013, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in business from Doane College in Lincoln, Nebraska, which laid a strong foundation for my professional journey. Over the past 12 years, I have been committed to AMUR Equipment Finance, where I have focused on advancing my career while actively supporting and growing my team. I have also been deeply engaged in community support initiatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment both within the company and in the community.

This organization is vital in providing mentorship and guidance to our youth, and I am excited to contribute to its impactful mission.
