Hello! My name is Amanda Paustian and I am a graphic designer and animator at Beavercreek Marketing. I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Studio Art and a minor in Visual Communications & Design. I grew up in Grand Island and am very excited to be able to give back to the community through Big Brothers Big Sisters. I was a nanny for 3 years and children hold a special place in my heart. I feel blessed to be able to be a part of something that helps children feel accepted and maximizes their potential. Throughout my college years I was on several boards and the one nearest and dearest to my heart was KSAK (Korean Student Association - Kearney). Through building relationships with Korean exchange students, I grew to love the culture. That experience opened up my mind in so many ways and I now want to fight for all people to feel accepted no matter where they are. I also want to use my board experience and design skills to now contribute to Big Brothers Big Sisters in any way I can. ​
